we strive to provide speedy assistance on document delivery, claim
matters, policy changes, renewals and access to policy administrative
procedures to include all necessary forms. Our intent is to be as
close to you as an electronic EMAIL on all account inquiries no matter
where in the world you may be located and to be able to provide information
periodically to you on new competitive products, services and ideas.

serviced through OMNI fall under the law and practice of the country
that each underwriting company's insurance contract is registered
in. Buyers may have some restrictions within their country of full-time
residence on the purchase of insurance from an insurance company located
in a country other than their country. Expatriates on temporary assignment
away from home may have little choice except to secure competitive
adequate international cover from an overseas source specializing
in such. OMNI makes every attempt to assist in the arrangement of
suitable insurance cover in the customer's country of permanent full-time
residence upon return to their home and with an insurance company
located in their home country.
Applying for a Quotation or an Insurance Policy
On our OmniCap website we provide a generic and dynamic "Request
for Quotation" form to obtain from OMNI comparative and "indicative"
International HealthCare Plan benefit and premium quotations, all
on-line. With the information carefully and truthfully supplied by
inquirers to us on this form, OMNI can quickly present those plans
that we feel best meets the client's requirements to include benefit
descriptions and premium prices. Frequently we are asked to review
existing plans in comparison to others plus answer outstanding questions
that exist or have existed which created reason for a planholder to
seek information on other plans. In many cases after answering all
questions a change is rarely made. Once planholders clearly understand
their plan entitlements and obtain instruction on how best to deal
with matters regarding claims and policy inquiries, they often find
no reason to change. Furthermore existing planholders are offered
the opportunity to appoint OMNI as their "Broker of Record"
on-line so further assistance can easily and quickly be obtained.

handled that have operational websites. This allows our site visitors
to obtain full plan details and plan company information directly
from our list of plan suppliers. As all parties must work very carefully
together for best results, we encourage clients to communicate freely
with OMNI or to optionally know how to easily communicate with their
plan company directly if they feel it necessary or useful.
OMNI has provided convenient easy-to-use inquiry forms that can be
completed and submitted on our website. You may also use inquiry forms
linked to the other listed items shown on our easy to view dropdown
menus. Completing the inquiry form will allow OMNI to gather
required underwriting submission information from you. All plan company
application forms are available and will be sent to clients through
email with attachments. They may be downloaded, completed and
returned by Fax or Email to OMNI. Insurance company's firm premium
offers will be forwarded to you when made available. Your submission
of an inquiry through OMNI does not bind you to complete an insurance
purchase. Once an offer is accepted by you indicate so by Fax or Email
to OMNI but, in addition, you MUST return your originally signed application
form to us by Post or Courier as required for the insurance company's
records. If requested due to the urgency of your purchase, a temporary
insurance company-issued binder will be provided whilst awaiting final
delivery of your policy.
Inquiry Response, Quotation Delivery, Policy Document/s & Claim
Settlement
OMNI will make its best efforts to return to you via Email
our quickest response possible to all inquiries considering time zone
differences and OMNI's current 6-day workweek. Email is checked throughout
each workday by OMNI staff. Purchasers are asked to additionally provide
their telephone number, fax number and full address that we can use
to assure delivery should failure or delay of Email exist. As OMNI's
Email site is not considered secure, those very confidential requests
requiring special handling should be done through telephone, fax,
registered post, personal messenger or document courier. A secure
site for OMNI is anticipated in the future.
OMNI has no control over the timeliness of the various insurance companies'
delivery of quotes, policies or responses to other inquiries you have
made through us. However, we have selected very carefully each insurance
company that we deal with based on their expected delivery of excellent
products and services with an understanding and agreement between
us that they are to expedite all prospect and client matters in a
timely and competitive fashion. Any complaints should be directed
immediately to the attention of the President of OMNI for immediate
action. Expect a timely report to you to follow on the disposition
of the matter. Verbal instructions to OMNI should be avoided if at
all possible. In special situations, verbal instructions to us may
be received but should be followed in written form from clients or
prospective clients to insure accurate action taken by OMNI.
Contract of Insurance You May Purchase
Unless confirmed to you through OMNI as a firm offer from the respective
underwriting insurance company all initial policy/plan quotations,
terms, conditions and other wordings provided by OMNI are to be considered
presented in incomplete, brief and indicative form subject to receiving
an underwriter's firm offer. OMNI will provide all applicants with
the respective insurance company's final and firm offer once received.
All policies are contracts for insurance. They contain the full legal
insurance contract wordings that each purchaser should read completely
and carefully upon receiving their policy/s.
Now you know the ways you can deal with the OMNI Group
to obtain what we hope is valuable information on personal and group
HealthCare plans that can be compared to any others anywhere. If we
can not meet or beat your current plan service or terms we will be
the first to recommend that you do not make a change at all to us.
In fact, if you have a better service or plan from another company,
we are interested in knowing so because OMNI continues to search for
