OmniCap Distributors" is the term used for contracted Independent Marketing Organizations (IMO) or Independent Marketing Consultants (IMC), and also includes OmniCap marketing personnel (Staff). These distributors provide, at location or over the internet, very helpful educative and instructive assistance to people or organizations that inquire about OmniCap's Medical Plan Bureau products/services. This includes directing clients/prospects to OmniCap's On-Line full service website for any needed detailed explanations, more complex assistance and for plan or claim facilitation matters.

Actual purchase of any Plan is accomplished between Buyer and Plan Company through OMNI Capital (FE) LTD using OMNI's "On-Line" Medical Plan Bureau for facilitation. IMOs and IMCs are not employees or agents of OmniCap or of Plan Companies handled by OmniCap. As such, these independent contractors are not authorized to collect funds in their name for plans. Furthermore Omni Distributors may not project to any applicant or planholder any authority on their part to accept or determine terms and/or conditions of any plan handled by the Bureau which is the sole reserved and exclusive right of each respective Plan Company.
