Whom It May Concern, OMNI has covered me with a medical policy arranged by them through Pacific International Insurance for the last 10 years or so. Over the years I have made occasional claims, but barely enough to justify the cost of the policy until the year 2000. During a routine medical in mid year it was discovered that I needed immediate and expensive treatment for a serious condition. I was in Singapore at the time without substantial financial resources at my disposal. My Insurance Plan ID Card is always carried with me. Using the 24 hour phone numbers on the card the hospital contacted the insurance company from the card and Pacific guaranteed them on the spot that they would cover everything. They in fact did so and without my having to worry about cash transfers, etc. Later in the year I required further expensive follow-up treatment which they covered in a similar manner. The reason for this testimony is that there was no hesitation or questions asked when they renewed my policy some months later. In 1992, the General Manager, Robert Goold, was hospitalized and underwent
major surgery. OMNI took care of all claims and liaison the insurance
company. I received 100% reimbursement for all medical expenses through
