OMNI Capital Far East Limited (Hong Kong) – is also known as OmniCap. It primarily offers sales and services of a complete range of International Medical Insurance or HealthCare Plans to an International community globally.  This is a community made up of Expatriates and wealthy local nationals (also known as Expats) who frequently live, work or travel away from their home country.

Expat owned and managed, OmniCap determined over the years that something was missing when fellow Expatriates sought answers to questions, needed documents replaced, explanation of claims and plan changes made in respect to their International HealthCare plans. They always seemed to experience delays and incomplete or confusing replies, when they indeed finally received them. OmniCap decided to organize an International HealthCare Plan sale and service bureau. Knowing that many of the more popular plan companies have respected reputations, reliability and ample customer protection, OmniCap decided to help both the Plan Companies and their clients improve their relationship with each other.

Through OmniCap's bureau timely responses to planholder questions or requests are made a priority. Switching from one plan to another is strongly discouraged by OmniCap. Instead the company focuses on providing clear explanations regarding planholder's entitlements and the answers to their questions about existing plans that they have. Staffmembers within the bureau take the necessary time to convey easy-to-understand product knowledge to planholders about their plans of proven respectability. Though highly respected in the industry their customers frequently misunderstand these plan companies when they render service. To improve this situation OmniCap makes a concerted effort to expeditiously communicate with all parties concerned up to a conclusion of the matter being questioned. Whether the answer is favorable or unfavorable to a planholder, it is quickly provided to them with our belief that it is correct. This timely response, good or bad, we believe is important.

Changing plan companies is usually unnecessary once planholders know where they stand and also know what they are or are not entitled to. By our servicing both Plan Companies and Planholders in these critical areas, we feel the quality of plans overall is improved. It is our belief that plan companies and their customers alike really want long-term relationships and the mutual benefits of such with the least amount of problems.

Additional Medical Insurance and HealthCare plan services are offered. These range from information about "Special Offers" related to obtaining discounts as well as "Tailored and Group" plans for unusual risks. Though certainly difficult, many people with pre-existing medical conditions, hazardous occupations or hazardous pastimes often seek from OmniCap whatever information they have on available products to cover such risks.

Though OmniCap focuses on the sale and service of International Medical Insurance or HealthCare plans, it also handles other personal lines of insurance plans at competitive premium rates or with special awarded benefits. Besides Medical Insurance and HealthCare Plans OmniCap offers Life, Accident, Travel, Disability Income, Critical Illness and Retirement plans.

offers to prospective customers a popular and free Executive "Review & Report" service on existing Medical Insurance or HealthCare plans purchased through other Brokers, Agents or directly from the plan companies. This service is completely free-of charge and without any obligation to either party. You obtain a professional "second opinion" to consider.    

The service is accomplished in several steps:
(usually 100% through use of email)
  1. 1. You Contact OMNI by email and request a review of your current Group or Individual plan and to report to you their findings. Instructions and questions will be sent to you before OMNI commences the work;
  2. 2. You will be requested to provide OMNI with a full copy of the existing plan to be confidentially reviewed by them. Alternatively you may detail your current plan benefits along with any existing special terms or conditions to them over the Internet;
  3. 3. OMNI sends to you a report via email on the plan/s reviewed to include remarks on any particular points requiring your special consideration during your evaluation;
  4. 4. Your Subsequent questions raised will be answered by OMNI to include any requests for comparative quotes;
    5. If you want OMNI to continue working for you, you then appoint them as your "Broker of Record" on your existing plan or another one that you may want them to arrange for you;
